• If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
• If you cancel more than 3 days before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% processing fee.
• If you cancel less than 1 days before your scheduled arrival, you will not receive a refund.
• If you cancel due to extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency or natural disaster), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy:

• If you need to shorten your stay after you have arrived, you will not receive a refund for any unused nights.
